The Ashford Town Band has roots back to April of 1775, and was generously endowed by Archibald Babcock.
The Ashford Citizen is a local government sponsored newsletter made possible by town taxes and advertising, and the production efforts of the Citizen Editor.
Ashford Clean Energy Task Force
The Ashford Clean Energy Task Force (ACETF) is a group of dedicated volunteers working with the Board of Selectmen and other elected and appointed town officials to identify ways Ashford neighbors can come together to preserve and improve the environment, push for clean, renewable energy sources, and promote a secure energy supply for the future.
The Conservation Commission (CC) is an advisory group established 2006 per recommendation of the Ashford Plan of Conservation and Development (APOCD). This plan provides an inventory of natural resources to promote environmental protection and stewardship of the land. The Commission collaborates with other land use commissions to help maintain the natural resources of Ashford and preserve the rural character of the town.
Ashford Garden Club
The Ashford Garden Club is comprised of a group of area residents who enjoy getting together on a regular basis to share ideas, plants, to plan garden tours and winter workshops, and to promote community outreach endeavors. The club is open to those just starting out, as well as seasoned gardeners.

What the Ashford PTO is all about!! Our PTO’s purpose is to promote the welfare of the children of Ashford by contributing to the needs of Ashford School a successful PTO is measured by the value of the programs we support for our children. PTO officers, committee chairs, and members are folks like you.

The Ashford Senior Center is located in the Earl W. Smith Building at 25 Tremko Lane, across from Knowlton Memorial Hall on Rte 44.
