Reserve the Babcock Library Meeting Room
The Babcock Library has a room available for appropriate use.
The room is located on the second floor of Knowlton Memorial Hall.
The room has wireless internet access, is carpeted, has three rectangular tables, and seats up to 12 people in chairs.
To reserve the meeting room contact the Babcock Library Director no less than five days preceding the requested date/time.

- Identify the group (non-profit groups only)
- Date and time(s) requested
You will receive a confirmation or follow-up from the Babcock Library Director.
Policies for Use
The Babcock Library meeting room may be booked by local non-profit groups for meetings.
The meeting room is available during the Babcock Library hours of operation – please note: Library events/programs take precedence over other bookings.
The room may not be reserved for recurring meetings.
Equipment:
Babcock Library has a large-screen TV available in the room that a laptop may be connected to for use as a visual aid.
The room is to be left in the same condition found. Trash is to be removed by the group using the room.
The room is not available to the public for private social functions.
