CANCELED due to low registration Book Themed Yankee Swap & Gift Wrapping Party!

CANCELED due to low registration

Visit Knowlton Memorial Hall on Saturday, December 21 starting at 1 pm for a fun, book-themed Yankee Swap and Gift Wrapping Party!

Yankee Swap is a game similar to a white elephant gift exchange where guests draw numbers and take turns choosing a gift from a pile.

Babcock Library will have many books for the event – all wrapped up so you won’t know what you’re selecting until it is opened! Participants also may bring wrapped books to include in the game (new or excellent condition used books or the like).

Meanwhile, there will be gift wrapping materials (rolled paper) and ribbons available to use to wrap your own gifts you bring to the event.

Come to the event for book-themed Yankee Swap and / or for the Gift Wrapping Party!

This event is for all ages.

Registration is required to ensure there are the correct number of books available for the game and cocoa for everyone!

Please register in advance @ 860-487-4420

The event is finished.
