Inspired by the John Trumbull painting “The Death of General Warren at the Battle of Bunker’s Hill, 17 June, 1775”, fellow Ashford resident Drew A. G. Driscoll, a graduate of the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts, brings a wealth of knowledge to his well-researched presentation about Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Knowlton and others represented in the painting. The history of painter John Trumbull, world renowned for his talent, will be included in the discussion.

This event is free and for all ages.
